1. GUARANTEE
1.1 Field of application
This guarantee applies to all the elements included in the “MandiCasa”, price list, including hinges and sliding mechanisms. It does not cover electrical appliances that are guaranteed by their specific manufacturers.
1.2 Validity
This guarantee is valid from the date on which the product is delivered to our retailer. This guarantee is in force for 5 years and covers furniture, hinges and sliding mechanisms as well as all the other products of which the kitchen is composed.
1.3 Object and modalities
During this 5-year guarantee, any component that has a manufacturing defect confirmed by the retailer or by MandiCasa personnel will be replaced. In the event of a complaint received by the end purchaser, the retailer must check whether the defect is factual before informing “MandiCasa”. The defect must never be caused by wrong use of the kitchen. In the latter case, the components replaced must be invoiced and paid by the retailer who will make sure that he is paid back by the end purchaser. Only complaints sent to the Manufacturer in writing will be taken into consideration. In the event of defective pieces, MandiCasa will cover the following expenses:
a) the supply and transportation costs to the retailer’s warehouse for the product replaced by the manufacturer.
b) the costs of transportation of the defective product from the retailer’s warehouse to the manufacturer’s premises.
Any other costs concerning the replacement will not be covered, with special regard to storage costs and transport expenses referred to delivery to the end purchaser. This guarantee is limited to the substitution of the defective piece and excludes any damages and direct or indirect interest. If substitution is impossible, the piece must be returned to be repaired.
1.4 This guarantee does not cover damages due to:
a) Normal kitchen wear and tear.
b) Use of solvents.
c) Modifications in appearance due to a difference in wood color.
d) Color variations due to light or to rearrangement of units.
e) Excessive heat.
f) Excessive humidity.
g) Water infiltration.
h) Infiltrations due to faulty joints.
i) Fluorescent light bulbs and tubes are not covered by this guarantee.
Damage caused by installation errors are not covered by this guarantee because MandiCasa cannot ensure the correct functioning of products that have not been workmanlike installed because it is not responsible for the installation of its kitchens. This guarantee is void if the rules laid down in the Use and Maintenance Manual supplied by the Manufacturer are not respected.

The products are under warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, only if they are installed in accordance with the assembly instructions provided by Novello S.r.l. and if correct use and maintenance is followed as per the instructions of the use and maintenance manual.
This warranty covers only those components which require replacement or repair during the warranty period due to defects in the material or manufacture.
The replacement of the defective part or parts is intended free of charge but the decision to do so will unquestionably be taken by the Novello S.r.l company only.
This warrannty is intended for the producrs only and not for the fixing brackets or the sturdiness of the wall.
This warranty does not include reimbursement for transportation costs or the assembly or disassembly of the piece of furniture.
Each request for technical assistance must be forwarded to the Novello S.r.l company through the MandiCasa showroom or authorized dealer where the product was purchased.
The Novello S.r.l. company declines all responsibility for possible damages and injury that, directly or indirectly, can be caused to people, things, or animals as a result of a non-observance of all instructions indicated in the related manual. It is understood that particular attention has been given to the assembling, use and maintenance directions.

The CACCARO S.R.L. company declines all responsibility for possible damages and injury that, directly or indirectly, can be caused to people, things, or animals as a result of a non-observance of all instructions indicated in the related manual. It is understood that particular attention has been given to the assembling, use and maintenance directions.

The Seller guarantees its products from any manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery to its customer, provided that the defect is reported within 8 days from the date on which the defect occurs, however within 24 months as above mentioned. Defects must be reported to the MandiCasa showroom or authorized dealer where the product was purchased.

The warranty provides for the replacement of the products of which the Customer of Henry Glass s.r.l. provides incontrovertible proof of the manufacturing defect, while expressly excludes any request for compensation or damages for any reason.

Such warranty does not cover breaks of the glass door, unless it is a manufacturing defect. The normal deterioration and wearing effect of products, in particular scratches and cracks, are furthermore excluded from the warranty and any responsibility of Henry Glass s.r.l.

Henry Glass s.r.l. informs and the Customers recognizes that the illustrative samples of its own products have purely indicative characteristics and that the color of the glass or the wood depend on various parameters, such as the lot of the raw materials (even if they come from the same supplier), the width and the dimensions of the glass, and the same characteristics of the environment where the glass is installed (colors of the walls, lighting, etc). Therefore, possible differences of tone/hue of color from the illustrative samples are not considered flaws and/or defects of the products.

With respect to the models provided, the Seller reserves the right to make all the changes believed to be worthwhile or necessary, without the customer raising any protest or considering the contract terminated or expecting any indemnity.
